Ake & Bing Consultancy Limited has been co-founded by its principal partner and Managing Director Ms. Ratchukorn (Bing) Kanthiya. After completion of her legal studies Ms. Kanthiya has gained extensive experience by working for leading property law firms and a major real estate developer in Phuket, Thailand until she decided to return to her home town Chiang Mai and set up her own practise together with a team of Thai law and foreign investment specialists. Ms. Kanthiya maintains a strong network in the property industry and focuses mainly on foreign investment, corporate as well as property matters.

Our professionals are specialised in various disciplines with a focus on property law, corporate matters (off-and onshore), inheritance law, business consultation and litigation. We are proud to have assisted small to medium-sized companies particularly property developers as well as a high number of individuals who have requested assistance in connection with their investments in Thailand. We have guided property investors throughout the entire process of buying, selling, letting or renting property in Thailand; our work assignments included searches, contract review/draft/negotiation, review/set up of development schemes and conveyancing.

The work contributed by our foreign business consultancy division includes, but is not limited to, consultation in connection with foreign investment opportunities in Thailand as well as matters typically being of concern for the local expat community with a focus on real estate and related matters. This may include translation services, draft of documentation as well as client liaison services ensuring smooth and efficient completion of transactions.

We strongly believe that team work generates added value with respect to creative and innovative thinking which enables our firm to find solutions to new challenges and complex cases presented by our clients to us. Therefore, we work predominantly in a team comprising of Thai attorneys and Thai as well as foreign business consultants with a strong commercial background having gained vast experience from assisting clients over the last decade of a growing property industry in Thailand.
